By comissioning me, you automatically agree with all information on this terms.

• Please provide as much reference and details about the art as you can. Help me work the best as I can :)• I reserve the right to decline a commission judged to be offensive in terms of bigotry, prejudice or sexualization.• I, the artist, may use my own artwork in online or physical galleries, portfolios, printed material and any form of publication.• I also reserve the right to stop work on a commission, or cancel a request due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or a breach of these Terms of Service.• Artworks made for personal use must not be redistributed, sold as prints nor merch of any sort. If you want an art piece for a book, cover, game or any kind of commercial use please inform me beforehand.• The final piece must not be altered by anyone, including the comissioner client. This includes removing my signature, applying filters, coloring the linework or painting over it.• You may only repost with credits.• Fell free to contact me via email if you have any question or want more info about anything.

Working Process

• First of all, email me the briefing describing what type of work you want, so I can provide you the rates for it. You may also add reference pictures, that helps a lot.• After the client sends all reference pictures and descriptions and pays for at least half of the work, I'll start the sketch.• I'll send the client wips for each part of the process (sketch, lineart, flat colors and render) according to the artwork in question.• Once each WIP it's approved, any major change requests are at the artists discretion to incorporate or charge an extra fee.• I have a period of 7 to 20 week days to finish the piece, it may vary depending on its complexity. Of course, the client will be informed about the deadline beforehand.• You will receive the full sized image file via email.• Be aware that I charge per character, so if you want to add more, multiply the amount by the total number of characters.

Payment / Refund

• Comission work will not begin until the payment has been made in full.• I accept payment via PayPal• If you're brazilian I also accept PicPay, bank transfer and bank slips (boleto). Consider 1 USD = 3 BRL• If I yet haven't started your comission you can ask for refund.• If I'm unable to complete your comission due to personal matters, you'll be fully refunded and informed before the deadline is over• I won't refund fully completed art pieces
